Beginning Embroidery

Learn everything you need to know to get you stitching! Meg will teach
you the basics and some advanced techniques, everything you need to
start stitching!  Sunday, May 26th, 2-5pm (1 session) $35 plus materials. Beginner Friendly Class. Read more.  Register online.

Materials needed:
embroidery hoop -- 5", 6", or 7" suggested (plastic, metal, or wood OK)
tea towel, pillowcase, or similar stitchable material (woven, cotton)
*** to practice on ***
embroidery needles -- sizes 1-5 or 3-9 recommended
floss--as many or as few colors as desired (suggested to bring at
least two colors)
scissors
a pen/pencil for taking notes

Please note - 3 hours are scheduled.  The actual class will take 2
hours and there is 1 additional hour at the end to ask questions,
discuss a specific project, or to jump in and iron on a pattern before
you go.
